This is me on the first day I arrived at High
Park School. It was exciting to get out of the box and meet everyone. I
knew that I would have fun in grade three.

I went on a walking field trip through the Town of Stony
Plain. Since 1990, the Town of Stony Plain has been recreating its history
through a Murals Program. To date there are 21 life-size murals. This one
behind me shows the many different nationalities that moved to Stony Plain.

This one was interesting because I got
to see all the different things that a country doctor had to do in the
1900's. He had the first car and drove to heal all the sick people since
there was no hospital at that time.

At the end of September I had a big celebration.
All the grade three students brought in their 'stuffed' friends to be
with me for the day. It was fun, I met new furry friends and we had a
lot to share about each other.
